Who We Are
Owners, Chef Nathan Radford and his wife Kareema Radford had a dream: we wanted to create a catering company and event venue that would satisfy even the most demanding foodies. We pride ourselves on pleasing the most diverse and picky palates on a budget, and our customers keep coming back for more. And with our pop-up dinner events, we're also able to bring a whole new type of culinary experience to downtown Roseburg, Oregon.
Local Chef Nathan Radford has over 20 years experience in the culinary industry and is a graduate of the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute. Some of his experience includes working large catering events at the Innis Brook Resort in Florida, experience as a Private Chef for an exclusive guest ranch in Wyoming, prior Executive Chef at the Roseburg Country Club and prior Executive Chef at Riverview Terrace.
